Ingredients
13 pound beef roast, whatever cut you like
2cupswater
½cupsoy sauce
1tspdried rosemary
1tsp dried thyme
1tspgarlic powder
2 bay leaves
½tspblack pepper
Instructions
Cut your beef roast into 3 large chunks and place in the slow cooker.
Add all remaining ingredients to the beef and cover. Cook on high 5-6 hours or low 7-8 hours.
Remove the bay leaves and shred the meat, removing and discarding any unwanted fat.
Serve on hoagie rolls or french bread with Au Jus on the side.
